What Happens
If You Cancel?
Stage 1
Before Design Brief Sign-Off
Cancellation before your design brief is formally signed entitles you to a near-full refund. Only an administrative processing fee applies.
Stage 2
After Design, Before Site Start
If you cancel after 3D design approval but before site commencement, design work completed is non-recoverable.
Stage 3
After Site Start or Post-Handover
Once site work has commenced, materials procured and work executed to date are non-refundable. No refunds apply after project handover and client sign-off.
Dispute Resolution
30-Day Resolution ProcessIf you have a concern about your project or a payment dispute, please contact us in writing at support@homeone.store within 14 days of the issue arising.
We commit to acknowledging your concern within 48 hours and providing a written resolution within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Refund Processing
15 Working DaysApproved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 working days of approval confirmation. Bank transfer times may vary by institution.
Refunds are not processed in cash. All refunds require a valid written cancellation request from the registered client contact.
Force Majeure
No PenaltyIn the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, government-ordered lockdowns, or significant supplier disruptions, neither party will be penalised for delays or cancellations caused by these events.
Both parties agree to communicate in good faith and reschedule or settle fairly based on work completed to date.
