All 3D renders and visual mockups are conceptual representations only. Actual finishes, colours, textures, and lighting conditions in the completed space may vary from the digital preview due to material batch differences, on-site conditions, and photographic rendering limitations.
Price Estimates
All price estimates and cost guides published on this website are indicative only. They are based on prevailing market rates and are valid for a maximum of 30 days. Your actual project cost is fixed only after a free site visit and a signed, itemised written quotation is issued.
Portfolio and Images
Portfolio images and room photographs are representative of previous projects and our design capabilities. Specific finishes, patterns, or product models shown in portfolio images may no longer be available from suppliers at the time of your project. Alternatives will be offered with your approval.
Material Availability
Materials specified in quotes and designs are subject to supplier availability. In cases of discontinuation or supply constraints, equivalent alternatives of the same grade and aesthetics will be proposed for your approval before substitution. No material change is made without your written consent.
Delivery Timelines
The 45-day delivery guarantee applies to standard residential projects with uninterrupted site access. Projects involving complex civil work, structural modifications, or client-requested changes after commencement may require a revised timeline agreed upon in writing. Delays caused by client decisions are not covered under the delivery guarantee.

While we aim to serve all enquiries, project feasibility in specific micro-locations depends on site accessibility and team availability.
