Mode of Payment
At Home One, we offer multiple secure and convenient payment methods to make your home interior journey seamless and worry-free.
The item must be collected in person by the client from either the Adyar or T Nagar branch. It is mandatory for the client to be physically present at the selected branch during collection to ensure proper verification and acknowledgment of receipt at the time of handover.

Swibe Machine – Availability, Usage & Terms
Home One offers the convenience of card payments through Swibe Machines, available at all our showrooms: Adyar, T. Nagar, and Tambaram.
Usage:
The Swibe Machine enables quick and secure payments using debit or credit cards.
It supports major card networks including Visa, MasterCard, and RuPay.
Clients can use the Swibe Machine to make advance payments, balance settlements, or full order payments directly at the showroom.
Terms & Conditions:
Cardholder must be present during the transaction with a valid photo ID for verification.
Transactions above ₹50,000 may require additional bank authentication or verification.
Any refund (if applicable) for Swibe payments will be processed as per Home One’s refund policy and will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Swibe payments are subject to daily transaction limits set by your card-issuing bank.
For a seamless and secure experience, we recommend confirming card compatibility and limits with your bank prior to visiting.

1. Online Payments
Each quotation you receive will include a secure payment link powered by the PayU payment gateway. You can complete your payment using:

Prefer a bank or wire transfer? Simply reach out to your designer for the necessary account details.
2. Offline Payments
If you’d like to make an offline payment, please coordinate with your designer. All cheques or demand drafts should be made payable to:

Payment terms of Homeone Project
Project and order : A project refers to home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for services such as civil work). Payments are processed on an order level.
Booking Homeone: You can book your interior project with Homeone by paying a booking fee which is charged at 5% of the final quote or Rs.25,000 (whichever is higher). The booking fee is adjusted against future orders. If the scope of your project increases significantly, you may be required to pay 5% for the new scope before design can begin.
Payment gateway fee
- Gateway fee shall be waived off for the first instalment paid by customer.
- A non-refundable gateway fee of 2%(including GST) per transaction shall be levied on payments made by customers against a project.
Execution milestone for an Order
To help you plan your project and payments effectively, we’ve outlined the types of orders and their respective execution milestones. These milestones mark significant progress—typically 40–50% of the total order value. Upon reaching a milestone, the remaining 60% payment becomes due.

Special Payment Terms for 29-Day Delivery
For projects eligible under the 29-day delivery program in Bangalore, the payment structure is as follows:
Booking Amount: 5% of the final project quote or ₹25,000 (whichever is higher)
Order Confirmation: 60% of the total project value
Final Payment: 100% of the order value must be completed within 7 days of order confirmation
(Note: Manufacturing begins only after full payment is received.)
Payment terms of an Order
If your booking fee has already been adjusted against an order, all subsequent orders must be placed with a 60% advance payment.
Please Note:
- Any delay in payments at any stage may lead to delays in project completion. Home One Company will not be held responsible for such delays.
- In the event of project cancellation after the 60% payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, either in cash or as store credits.
