Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team! As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, generating high-quality leads, and providing exceptional customer support throughout their journey. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive first impression, driving business growth, and supporting our sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling & Lead Generation – Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services/products, gauge interest, and qualify leads. Utilize effective communication techniques to ensure that customers understand the value we offer.
- Customer Engagement – Build rapport with prospects by engaging them in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Act as the first point of contact, delivering a positive and professional experience
- Follow-up & Conversion – Follow up with potential leads and clients who have shown interest, ensuring timely responses and offering additional information to drive sales conversion. Maintain an organized follow-up schedule to keep the sales pipeline moving
- Customer Service & Support – Assist in resolving customer queries and providing relevant information about our products/services. Offer ongoing support to existing customers by addressing concerns, troubleshooting, and ensuring satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- CRM Management & Data Entry – Accurately record all customer interactions, leads, and progress in CRM software. Maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity and proper tracking for future follow-ups
- Design – Sales Team Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to share insights, lead information, and customer feedback. Provide detailed handovers to sales representatives for prospects ready for conversion
- Product Knowledge – Continuously update your understanding of our products/services and market trends to offer the most relevant and up-to-date information to customers.
- Achieve Targets & KPIs – Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to call volume, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Track performance and take proactive steps to improve results.
- Market Research & Feedback – Gather valuable market insights by asking customers about their needs, challenges, and expectations. Share feedback with the management and marketing team to help improve products and services.
Skills Required:
- Outbound Calling & Lead Generation – Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services/products, gauge interest, and qualify leads. Utilize effective communication techniques to ensure that customers understand the value we offer.
- Excellent Communication & Listening Skills – Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
- Lead Qualification & Sales Funnel Management – Ability to effectively identify and qualify leads, ensuring that prospects are moved through the sales funnel in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer-Centric Attitude – A genuine interest in helping people and providing outstanding customer service. Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (Excel, Word) for maintaining customer records, tracking calls, and following up with leads.
- Problem-Solving & Objection Handling – Strong ability to handle objections, resolve customer concerns, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain a clear follow-up schedule, and work efficiently without supervision.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles is preferred, but not required. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
Experience in managing a sales pipeline, working with CRM systems, or handling inbound and outbound calls will be an advantage.
